Our feature film Love & Bananas: An Elephant Story wins the Humane Society of the United States' 33rd Annual Genesis award for Movie of the Year.

Change for Balance’s first feature film, Love and Bananas, won the prestigious Best Feature Documentary award at the Humane Society of the United States’ 33rd annual Genesis Awards. The film was produced by C4B partners Roddy Tabatabai and John McCarthy, and was directed by actor Ashley Bell. 

We are in good company! The winners, across the 15 award categories, included Universal Pictures’s Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, syndicated TV’s The Ellen DeGeneres Show, HBO’s Sesame Street, Netflix’s Dogs, Animal Planet’s Amanda to the Rescue and The Dog Bowl, Hallmark’s 2018 American Rescue Dog Show, CBS-TV’s 60 Minutes, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times and Huffington Post.
